I would like to cla­rify, because this image has been cir­cu­la­ting around the web as “Bush giving the shoc­ker.” This is not the shoc­ker. This is the shoc­ker:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notice the lack of space bet­ween the index and middle fin­ger on a correctly demons­tra­ted shoc­ker. What Bush, and the rest of the assembly are repre­sen­ting, is Eas­tside:
